Web hosting is made on state-of-art dedicated servers with Dual Intel Xeon QuadCore CPU, with at least 2.3 GHz, with high-speed SAS hard disks in RAID 1 hardware arrays and with 8 GB RAM memory. Internet connections are provided by Voxel, New York and GTS Telecom for servers colocated in Bucharest. Both datacenters have multiple facilities including secure access, constant air temperature and humidity, distinct connections for electrical and network grid. Uptime guaranteed is 99.5% for web hosting services. Backup is made nightly on a distinct server.
All hosting plans includes cPanel® 11, the well-known web interface for site and email management. cPanel is widely used by most web hosting companies in the world.
From cPanel you can create and manage email accounts, FTP accounts, databases access, you can protect directories with password, install web applications in a few minutes or see statistics about the website's visitors and bandwidth usage.
You should choose the location of your site hosting considering its target, because the performance and the facilites of the servers are similar. So, for the sites which have as a target only clients (or visitors) from Romania it is recommended that the hosting should be close to them. If the site is both for clients from Romania and from abroad, or if it is in multiple languages, than you should host it in the USA, because the number of foreign visitors will be larger than the one of Romanian visitors.
- online, by card - MasterCard or Visa, credit or debit, RON or currency, which uses the technology 3D Secure. The payment procesing is done with Mobilpay. There is no extra charge for paying by card.
- by payment order, in the bank, in our ING and Treasury accounts, according to the instructions on the proforma invoice.
- by cash, at our office (for companies) or at any ING branch in Romania (for natural persons).
- by postal money order, at the Romanian Post Office (not recommended because of the long processing time).
The prices are in EUROs and do not contain VAT (19%). The payment will be make in RON, at the BNR exchange rate. For the VAT registered clients from the European Union, the VAT value is 0 (zero).
